Starting May 18, this upcoming summer will be packed full of fun events! Opening weekend will feature the Rocky Mountain Race Series with cross-country, and slalom on Saturday and short track and downhill on Sunday. Everyone’s favorite summer event, Summerfest, will be June 9th with live music, beer, and mountain bike events. June 24th will be the challenging Pajarito Punishment cross-country mountain bike race that is part of the New Mexico Off-Road Series. September 8th will feature the Texas Enduro where riders can test their ability to beat the clock on a challenging course.

Los Alamos is the Hidden Gem of New Mexico

Pajarito Mountain is located just five miles west of historic Los Alamos. Learn more about the deep secrets in Los Alamos here. This “hidden” city is built on a large plateau with large steep valleys between the Jemez Mountains. This unique terrain allows for a large variety of trails.There are thousands of miles of trails around the city, with something for every riders skill level.  After your day at the mountain, don’t forget to stop at Bandelier National Monument, Valles Caldera, and Manhattan National Park for more adventures.
