An Update on Refunds Due to COVID-19

We’re grateful for the snow we received today and are open for business. We love the outdoors and know you do, too. We are also closely following and monitoring guidance from local and state officials, as well as the CDC to address COVID-19. We are working hard to clean, disinfect, and care for our customers and employees during this uncertain time. We love our community and seek to partner with you to address this situation. We know that circumstances may prevent your skiing and snowboarding with us at this time, but we want you to come back for another visit. 

All guests who have pre-purchased a lift ticket, lesson and/or rental product by March 14, 2020, for the remainder of this season, may choose to reschedule within one year from the first day of your ticket. 

How does it work? Send us a quick note to ski@pajarito.ski with your arrival date in the subject line of the email and your ticket purchase number, and let us know if you do not intend to visit by our closing date of April 5, 2020. At that point, our staff will convert your existing ticket into a dollar-value credit that can be used toward the purchase of future products within one year of your original arrival date. At a later date in the coming weeks, we will email guests with their credit confirmation information. When you’re ready to select your new trip dates and/or make an online purchase using your credit, you will use your confirmation number to make a new booking using the credit. This process will take a little time, but with your patience, we can work through this.
