Change your mind or need to change your ski day? STEPS TO OBTAIN RESORT CREDIT

  • Find your most recent confirmation email
  • Scroll to the bottom to find My Account”
  • Click on Manage Purchases
  • Follow the prompts to exchange your product. If no purchases appear, you have no products eligible for exchange.
  • Your resort credit balance will appear. Note your swipe number and pin. Use your resort credit for another purchase, including lift tickets, lessons, rentals, on the food ordering system for the restaurant or in person at the store. Resort credit expires on the last day of April.

We understand plans change – and You Can Change Them at Pajarito! 

Pajarito Mountain Ski Area makes it easy and convenient to change reservations, request lift ticket refunds, and enjoy resort credit.

Exchange Eligibility | Did you purchase your ticket less than two days ago and more than 48 hours before your ski day?

Purchases are non-refundable and are not eligible for resort credit on your ski day — No exceptions!
You must obtain your resort credit via your online account before 11:59 PM MT the night before your ski day.

Ticket, rental, and lesson purchases are eligible for a full 100% refund within 48 hours of original purchase by emailing [email protected] IF your purchase was more than 48 hours in advance of your ski day. Refunds are payable to the original payment device/method used for purchases and may take one to two weeks to fully process.

Exchanges & Resort Credit | Did you purchase your ticket more than two days ago?

After 48 hours of your original purchase, you may only exchange your product for resort credit. Eligible product changes must be completed by midnight (11:59 p.m. MT) the night before your visit. All credits must be used by April 30, 2024.

Ticket, rental, and lesson purchases are not refundable or transferable on the date valid regardless of the date of purchase, and resort credit is non-refundable. You may not exchange your purchase for resort credit and then request a refund.

What is the refund policy for Pajarito Mountain Ski Area?

  • Ticket, rental and lesson purchases are eligible for a full 100% refund within 48 hours of purchase by emailing [email protected]. Refunds are payable to the original method of payment and may take up to two weeks to process. Tickets, rentals, and lessons are not refundable or transferable on the date valid. 
  • After you make your purchase, up to 11:59 pm on the day before your product(s) are valid, you may defer your ticket, rentals or lessons and receive a credit in the US dollar amount of your original purchase.
  • Credits are redeemable for lift tickets, lessons, and rentals. Credit will be provided electronically, as made available in an online account, accessed via the customer online portal.
  • Credit amounts will be based on the ticket purchaser’s actual purchase price, less insurance, if applicable. If you use your credit on a more expensive ticket, you must pay the price difference between the credit and the new ticket.
  • Credit can NOT be used for lodging, food, beverage or resort merchandise.
  • Credit expires the last day in April of each season, currently April 30, 2023.
  • Lift tickets received as a benefit associated with other tickets that are not purchased by the visitor directly for us and/or complimentary passes are not eligible for credit. This refund policy may not apply to lift tickets purchased from an authorized third-party seller or from a tour operator as part of a bundled package or trip. In such cases, purchasers should discuss with their authorized third-party seller or tour operator how the refund policy applies to their purchase.
  • Deferral of a lift ticket is only available for tickets that are unused at the time of the deferral request. A ticket is “unused” if the ticket has not been scanned or used to access any Power Pass Resort destination after October 15, 2022.

There is no fee to change your plans. Other than as expressly stated here, all terms and conditions applicable to Power Pass product and season pass purchases remain in full force and effect and these products continue to be non-refundable.

How can I change my lift tickets and/or rentals?

Please exchange your purchases for resort credit by going into your online portal. You can exchange your purchases for resort credit up until midnight the day before validation.

Your welcome email contains a link that will take you into your portal. Please bookmark that page. Choose “Exchange” and proceed through the process to exchange your purchases for resort credit.

To use your resort credit for another purchase, you need to click on the credit card tab at checkout and choose gift cards. Enter your resort credit number and PIN and you’re done. Any remaining balance can be paid by credit card. You can only use one resort credit per transaction. If you have several that you want to use, you need to split up your new purchases. 

Is there a time limit on when I can change my plans?

Yes, you may change your lift ticket and rental products anytime up to midnight (11:59 p.m MT) the night before your visit. If you forget, or are unable to change your itinerary by that time, your purchase costs will be forfeited.

Can I change anything else on my itinerary, like lodging?

At this time, changes are available for lift tickets, lessons and rentals.

How much does it cost to change my tickets or rentals?

There is no fee to change your plans. We simply ask that you pay any price difference if your new products cost more than the original purchase.

Is there a limit to how many times I change my plans?

No. Make as many changes as you would like and remember to redeem any unused credits by April 30, 2023.

Can I share my credit with a friend or another family member?

Yes! You can use your credit for yourself or anyone else.

If I purchased a lift ticket, can I use that credit for something else?

You can apply your credit to lift tickets and rentals.

Can I apply my credit to a future season?

All credits expire April 30, 2024. If you are unable to use or share your credit by this date, your purchase costs will be forfeited.
