Online Food Ordering FAQs
Q: How do I use my passholder/employee discount?
A: An option on the checkout screen allows you to type in your pass number and will update your order with the discount applied.
Q: Can I pay with cash through the online food ordering system?
A: At this time, we are only accepting card payments online. Contactless payment methods are available at all of our restaurants, so we encourage guests to avoid bringing cash. You can pay in cash at the grab and go station.
Q: Can I order in person anywhere on the mountain?
A: Yes, just visit our grab and go!
Q: Is outside seating available?
A: Outdoor seating is available on the deck. There are no capacity limits for outdoor dining.
Q: Can I order my food in advance?
A: At this time, we do not offer scheduled pickup times. Food will be ready based on the number of orders ahead of you. Your confirmation screen will let you know what time your order will be ready.
