Ski & Snowboard School FAQs

Q: What lessons do you offer?

Q: How do I book a lesson?

A: Book your lesson online at least 72 hours in advance.

Q: How do I know what level skier or snowboarder I am?

A: Meet at the Snowsports School near the beginner lift.

Q: Does my lesson include lift tickets and rentals?

A: No. Lift tickets and rentals are purchased separately.

Q: What should I wear or bring?

A: Please bring a filled water bottle and proper clothing including warm layers, snow jackets, snow pants, gloves, and goggles. Helmets are required for students ages 12 and under, and strongly recommended for everyone.

Q: What is the cancellation policy?

A: Within 48 hours of the lesson purchase, you are eligible for a 100% refund paid to the payment device used to purchase your lesson. Lessons are not refundable or transferable on the date valid. Cancellations and refunds must be made by emailing websales@pajarito.ski

Q: Can I watch my child's lesson?

A: We want to make the most of our time on the snow. Parents can often be distracting to their child’s class engagement and can take away from other participants’ experiences. We ask parents to respect this class dynamic and save interactions until after the lesson.
