F&B Cook I
Essential Functions:
- Set up station according to resort/café Lead specifications
- Prepare all food in a sanitary and timely manner
- Follow recipes, portions controls and presentation guidelines
- Restock Items as needed throughout the shift
- Cleans and maintains station according to NM Health code guidelines
- Cleans and maintains equipment
- Performs additional job duties as requested by the Lead Cook
- Run POS
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to lift 30+ pounds
- Must be able to stand or walk for several hours at a time
- Job requires bending, stooping, twisting, lifting arms above head
Competencies Required:
- Knowledge of safety, sanitation and food handling procedures
- Knowledge of knife safety
- Ability to work weekend and Holidays
- Ability to solve problems and take direction
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Posses internal drive and motivation
- Ability to work calmly under pressure
Starting pay $15.00 per hour (more DOE)+ tips.
