Job Fair
Pajarito Mountain is hosting a Job Fair on Saturday, November 9th from 11 am to 3 pm. Resumes are not required and applications will be provided. All department heads will be there and will be answering questions about their departments and job openings. You may apply for several departments. No I.D. is required until the call back the following week.
Pajarito Mountain is hiring for the following jobs:
Ski Patrol
Must be OEC or EMT certified
Ski Patrollers must be expert skiers. Ski Patrollers patrol the ski area ensuring all skiers and downhill and uphill travelers are conducting themselves in a safe manner. All Ski Patrollers must be able to provide advanced first aid.
Lift Operator/ Ticket Checker
Assist passengers on and off lifts, operate and understand all lift controls, safety circuits, telephones, etc., They also check and validate all passenger’s tickets and passes, provide assistance to guests, inform and encourage guests and continually monitor and maintain ramps and surrounding area, with a smile and in a safe manner.
Ski and Snowboard School Instructors
Ski & Ride School Instructors work outside all day and get to ski and snowboard. As a Ski Instructor Teaches adult and children’s lessons. The basic function is to provide high quality and effective ski instruction to our guests, both adults and children.
Rental Shop
Pajarito is hiring rental shop cashiers, techs, and a rental shop manager. As a Rental Technician, you must be able to fit guests with equipment to manufacturer’s specifications and carefully explain how to use the equipment. Attention to detail is a must!
Retail Associate
As a Retail Associate, you should be very customer/guest service-oriented with product knowledge skills. You will have the ability to handle high sales volume days while maintaining the store standards (merchandising, cleaning, stocking). You will operate a Point-of-Sale (POS), handle cash and other forms of payment and be accountable for the cash drawer.
Janitorial Staff
Responsible for cleaning all guest spaces. Perform heavy cleaning duties, such as cleaning floors, cleaning bathrooms, washing walls and glass, and removing rubbish.
Ticket Cashier
Ticket cashiers are one of the first faces our guests encounter. You are enthusiastic and knowledgeable about the ski area and the surrounding area as well as the various ticket, rentals, and lesson options. You will be able to handle money accurately and efficiently.
Food and Beverage
We will be hiring cashiers, cooks and food preps. Some experience is required.
