Online Food Ordering FAQs

Q: How do I use my passholder/employee discount?

A: An option on the checkout screen allows you to type in your pass number and will update your order with the discount applied.

Q: Can I pay with cash through the online food ordering system?

A: At this time, we are only accepting card payment online. Contactless payment methods are available at all of our restaurants, so we encourage guests to avoid bringing cash.

Q: Can I order in person anywhere on the mountain?

A: We are not taking in-person orders at this time to encourage social distancing and to protect you and our staff.

Q: Is outside seating available?

A: Outdoor seating is available on the deck. There are no capacity limits for outdoor dining.

Q: Which restaurants offer grab & go options?

A: The store offers grab and go items.

Q: Can I order my food in advance?

A: At this time, we do not offer scheduled pickup times. Food will be ready Based on the number of orders ahead of you. Your confirmation screen will let you know what time your order will be ready.
