Women and Senior clinics are an encouraging, relaxing, and friendly environment to foster new friendships, embrace camaraderie, and share a passion of skiing.
The Senior Clinic, which focuses on contemporary ski techniques for those 60 and older, meets in the Lodge each Thursday at 8:30 am and heads to the slopes at 9:00 am. The group will ski until a lunch break at 12:00 pm. The clinic is free and hosted by Hugh Casey and John Viney, both PSIA Level 3 instructors. All participants must have their own season pass or lift ticket, and be able to ski green and blue slopes.
The Women’s Clinic meets at the Lodge each Thursday at 11:30am and skis until roughly 4:00pm. The clinic is free, but participants must have their own season pass or lift ticket for the day. The Women’s Clinic covers the following skills and techniques: improving form and confidence by developing skiing skills, sharing knowledge of contemporary skiing styles and equipment, sharing skiing-related strength and conditioning exercises (off-snow), and empowering women through the sport of skiing.
