Mother Nature is taking her time this year. With New Mexico’s snowpack down 64%, we’re all in the same boat – watching the skies and waiting for those perfect powder days we know are coming.
The Silver Lining: A Game-Changing Future
While we wait, something incredible is happening behind the scenes. The Jemez Fire Protection Project pipeline is racing ahead of schedule, with Phase II likely wrapping up within the next two weeks. Come next season, we’ll have millions of gallons of water flowing into our new 250,000-gallon tank – meaning consistent, season-long snowmaking at Pajarito. No more waiting on Mother Nature’s timeline.
We’ve Got You Covered
If you purchased tickets to Pajarito, we’re making it easy to keep skiing this season. Exchange them for resort credit to use at Sipapu – good for lift tickets, rentals, and lessons. [Find exchange instructions here].
Adapting Together
We’re combining our Camp Bluebird and Master the Mountain sessions to make the most of the season ahead:
- Camp Bluebird: February 14 – March 7, 2026
- Master the Mountain: February 15 – March 8, 2026
Season Pass Office Hours Saturdays 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM (Camp May Road remains closed on weekdays for pipeline work)
The wait will be worth it. When that snow flies, we’ll be ready – and so will you.
